2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges vary based on the service provider’s policy (hotels, airlines, etc.) and timing of cancellation.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after deducting cancellation charges and service fees.

  • No refunds will be made for no-shows or unused services once the tour/service has commenced.


3. Modifications and Changes

  • Requests to modify confirmed bookings will be accommodated subject to availability and applicable charges.

  • India Travel Bear reserves the right to modify itineraries or travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or local regulations.


4. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

  • Travelers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, ID proof, and permits.

  • India Travel Bear is not responsible for any denial of entry, missed flights, or travel interruptions caused by invalid documentation.


5. Service Provider Responsibility

  • India Travel Bear acts only as an intermediary between the customer and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transportation, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for any deficiency in service or conduct of third-party vendors.

  • Any complaints or issues arising from third-party services must be addressed directly with the respective provider, though we will assist where possible.


6. Customer Conduct

  • Customers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully with our staff, drivers, guides, and fellow travelers.

  • Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may lead to service termination without refund.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • India Travel Bear shall not be held liable for:

    • Any loss, injury, accident, or damage during the course of travel.

    • Delays or changes in schedules due to natural calamities, government regulations, strikes, or unforeseen events.

    • Loss or damage to personal belongings.
